The problem of constructing the most accurate digital terrain model suitable for three-dimensional geoinformational modeling of mineral deposits fields (on the example of “superquarzites” field Buran-Sardag) is solved in this paper. A comparison of publicly available sources of geodata (astergdem, SRTM, topographic maps M1:100000) is made. In this paper we describe the conditions of their validity, give the developed technique of creating the most accurate terrain model which can be used to create DTM of other high mountain areas.
